Aircraft Marketing / Aircraft Leaseback

Most people think owning a plane is not a possibility due to the cost, however; Through Leaseback, you can own a plane, use it for personal use and training as well as have Flyboy Aviation pay you when we use it.  Leaseback is a way to make plane ownership affordable, including huge tax benefits.   

As a top rated flight school, Flyboy Aviation provides flight training for all types of students.  Some are pursuing their PPL and others are pursuing a career in aviation.  We are so excited about sharing these opportunities, and we expect to continue to grow Flyboy Aviation exponentially this year.  We will be adding several more aircraft to the Flyboy Aviation fleet including Cessna 172, Tecnam P2010 & P2006T, Beechcraft Sundowner, Piper PA28 and Diamond aircraft as we are actively seeking these specific airplanes to lease.    

Your aircraft could be parked at the Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport and we are looking to expand and grow utilizing key relationships.  

Below are some basics of what a Marketing-Leaseback entails.  Please let us know if you have any questions.   We are happy to help.  When you are ready to move forward, the best thing to do is for us to have a conversation to discuss your overall goals.  Here are the basics of a leaseback agreement: 

• Flyboy Aviation rents the aircraft to students and then remits 70% of those funds to the aircraft owner via direct deposit on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis (your choice).  
• We provide several services to our owners, including marketing the aircraft to pilots and helping you to manage the maintenance schedules via Flight Schedule Pro. 
• Aircraft owner is responsible for all expenses: fuel, insurance, monthly ramp fees, maintenance. The aircraft will be on the Flyboy Aviation Fleet insurance policy so we will coordinate that. The annual insurance can be financed and paid monthly. 
• We can't guarantee how many hours the aircraft will fly per month, but as we expect to at least hit your break-even point, normally we will exceed it. 
• Ideally the hourly rental rate will cover all expenses and leave you with a maintenance reserve for TBO/Prop but unexpected maintenance can occur. 
• Ramp fees at BKV are $85/month 
• The big advantage of a leaseback is that it is structured as a business asset so that you can take the depreciation as a deduction on your personal income taxes. There are several considerations that make this possible, including ensuring that you meet the requirement for active participation and that you pass the business use test. 
• You would schedule the aircraft utilizing the Flight Schedule Pro calendar like other pilots on a "first come, first serve" basis.
